WE BUY WAFERS AND DELIVER SOLAR CELLS. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE DETAILS OF HOW A SOLAR CELL IS MANUFACTURED.

The wafers pass through several chemical baths to remove microscopic damage from their surface. We coat the wafers to obtain a negative-conducting film on the surface. Afterwards an additional film is applied to the material so more light can penetrate the wafers. Front and back contacts are then printed on the wafers. Finally, the printed-on contact material is burnt into the wafer in the furnace. We carefully check the finished cell for efficiency, electrical and visual characteristics. It is classified on the basis of the results. Our film demonstrates the individual steps.
