Training makes perfect
The on-going professional development of our employees has always been a top priority at Q.CELLS. We rely on our instructors' many years of specialized experience in order to also offer your employees top-notch technical training and continuing education.
Our courses are only available on request so that we can provide you with the highest possible level of flexibility and individualization. We will gladly try to accommodate your wishes with regard to the number of participants as well as your preferred time frame. And, of course, weekend seminars are not a problem at all.
Since 2002, Q-Cells SE has been providing vocational training for young people in 16 state-accredited vocational fields. In order to be able to provide an even better standard of vocational training, we created our training center in the Solar Valley in Bitterfeld-Wolfen in 2007. This was officially opened in 2008 under the name Q.CELLS Training Center (QTC). This 2,500 m² facility with 10 different "departments" is ideal for successful vocational training and further education focused on developing specialized skills.
